Homes in the Woods neighborhood of Lake Forest II are selling if they are “move-in ready,” easy to schedule to show, and well priced relative to the size, condition and location.    There are currently 2 short sales on the active market, one bank-owned in a “hold” status, another (probably now) bank-owned that was cancelled during an attempt at a short sale, and a few owner-occupied “normal” properties for sale in various sizes, locations and conditions. 

The closings this year have been impacted by availability of mortgages, and those that have closed were all later than originally scheduled.
