There are currently 2 homes showing as “Active” on the MLS ,  1 in “Backup” status, and 1 that is “Pending.”  All of these are short sales, so it is up to the lenders to decide when, if ever they will close escrow.

The Lake Forest II Board of Directors approved the 2010 budget at their meeting last month, and the monthly dues for Forest Creek will be increased 25¢ per month to  $101.75 beginning in January.
