There are 264 homes in the Serrano Ridge neighborhood. The 2 builder tracts were originally known as “Woodwalk” and “Ranchwood2″. The homes range in size from 1250 to 2400 square feet in the Ranchwood section and from about 1600 to almost 2900 square feet in Woodwalk. Most of the homes in the Woodwalk development have 3 car garages.

Recent prices have been from the high $600′s to the low $800′s.

The Oaks is located just across Toledo from the Sun & Sail Club, and a path through a tunnel under Toledo connects the Oaks to the Club’s parking lot. Sales turnover in the Oaks has always been very low, with many original owners still there!

Ranchwood is a neighborhood of 121 single story homes in Lake Forest II. They range in size from a 2-bedroom of 920 square feet, up to the 4-bedroom with 1,494 square feet. Over the years, some have had additions put on, so there are a few that are larger than the 1,494 square feet that the builder started with.

This neighborhood has city-owned streets, and the park within the neighborhood is also maintained by the City of Lake Forest. With no tract assets to be maintained, the HOA dues are only the basic $58.53 for 2008.

Prairie Ridge is the only neighborhood located north of Trabuco Road. There are 86 homes that range in size from the 1450 square foot single story, to the 2200 square foot 2 story model.

Parkwood Estates 2 is the sister tract of Parkwood Estates. There are 102 homes, all 2-story with 4 bedrooms, and they range in size from 2550 square feet, to over 3100 square feet. About half of them have a 3 car garage.
