The market for homes in Indian Hills has definitely picked up since last year. There are currently 2 properties on the active market, 3 in escrow, and 3 sales that have closed this year. Year-to-date, the closings have averaged $544,333 and $254 per square foot. The 3 homes in escrow are all listed for over $500,000 and the 2 active listings are both above $600,000. (I’m not saying they will attract a qualified buyer and close at those prices, but it’s still nice to see a little less desperation on the market!)
